I have technical problems with the tickets. Who do I contact?
If you can’t find your ticket, check your spam folder in your mailbox. Do not buy a new ticket! The ticket will not be exchangeable or refundable afterwards.

What's the difference between the ticket types?
- Day Ticket Saturday / Sunday: A classic entry ticket that gets you into Heroes World.
- Cosplay Ticket: It’s a normal day ticket, but you get a discount for dressing up!
- Weekend Ticket: A classic ticket, valid for the entire weekend.
- Fast Pass Ticket: This ticket gives you access to Heroes World from 9am instead of 10am, allowing you to snatch the best deals of the Geek Market early. You also get a fast lane for certain activities and most catering points, and a seat on the second set of rows in Actor Q&A sessions.

VIP Ticket (Day) / VIP Ticket (Weekend): The best way to enjoy the event.
- Enter one hour early: at 9h instead of 10h.
- Fast lane (skip the lines) for the actor photoshoots & autographs, for the artists of the Comic Village, for certain activities AND most catering points.
- You enter via a quicker, dedicated VIP queue.

- Front row seats during actor panels.
- Access to the VIP Lounge, where you can enjoy some small snacks and drinks.
When do I get the best deals?
There are 4 pricing periods:
- Period 1: Lowest possible ticket prices. Ends on July 13th.
- Period 2: July 13th – August 23rd
- Period 3: August 24th – October 16th
- Period 4: during the festival (Oct 17-18). Some ticket types will still be available at the entrance or (much cheaper) online.
Every new period raises the ticket prices.
Early buyers get rewarded with discounts!
What age can children enter for free?
Children up to 10 years old can come in free of charge, without a ticket or registration, when accompanied by an adult. Whoever is 11 or older at the moment of their visit, will need an entry ticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can just show it on your phone.
Just make sure that the bar code on the ticket is clearly visible, so our staff can scan it.
If your screen is cracked or otherwise damaged, you might want to consider printing.
Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
Yes, but keep in mind that the capacity of our venue is not limitless. Once a certain visitor amount is reached, we cannot accept more.
We have been sold out before, and it can happen again!
We therefore recommend buying tickets in advance. Bonus: presale tickets are also cheaper.
Do I get a discount if I come in cosplay?
Yes, those who come in cosplay will receive a discount. Be sure to choose the Cosplay ticket to get it.
Can I re-enter if I leave the exhibition floor?
Each visitor will receive their own wristband, which serves as an entry pass for the day. You can freely enter and exit as long as you are wearing it.
